Jim's GraphiX Machine (JGM) Guarantee, Understandings and End User License Use Agreement
1. We guarantee our work, 100%. Our guarantee is simple, we will work with you until you are 100% happy with the product (s) we have created for you. This is subject to reasonable requests and timeframes.

2. By purchasing (and once you have purchased) a product you are agreeing to and have read our terms and privacy policy together with the following license use conditions:

3. Once payment has been made you will be either sent a file link or be taken to a your job details page for your job. Please send the information we request in order to ensure we match your expectations. Once payment is confirmed and files are received we will make an immediate start on your product.

4. It would be fabulous if you would credit Jim's GraphiX Machine when you use any of the products we provide for your use.
5. Our aim is to have your two logo (this doesn't apply to special promotions) reveal options ready within 48 hours. Other products may take a little longer however we will do our best to have most products finished within 3 days. Videos can take up to 5 days to complete the first draft.
6. Once you have purchased your product, subject to clause 8.1 & 8.2, Jim's GraphiX Machine (JGM) grants you a license for perpetual, exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide license to use your purchase delivery for Permitted Commercial Purposes.
7. "Permitted Commercial Purposes" means any business related use, such as advertising, promotion, creating web pages, integration into product, software or other business related tools; and strictly excludes any illegal, immoral or defamatory purpose.
8.1 JGM reserves the right to use the products (we created for you) to help advertise our services and also reserve the right and control of the design template we created to make your product for the use of producing other products for other clients.

8.2 You cannot on sell or use any product we provide for you to anyone, the products we provide for you are for your use only and no other parties may use them.

9. Any material you provide us you warrant you own or have the right to use. This may include but not limited to your logo, other image (s) and sound files.
10. There is no warranty, express or implied, with the purchase of your product, including with respect to fitness for a particular purpose.
11. JGM will not be liable for any claims, or incidental, consequential or other damages arising out of this license, the product or your use of the product.

The simple 'use' summary version - you can use any product we provide for you on any on line medium (unless otherwise stated in a communication), as many times as you like, for life. You just cannot adapt/change or edit any elements contained in the product we have provided for you and place this adaption in another promotion, that is not produced/made by JGM.
